William was born Oct 15, 1893 in Hazard,Perry,Kentucky. He married Della had one child and she died in 1923 then he married Emma Jackson and had 9 children. I am just look for more info on him. His parnets names were Carter Stevens and Almedia Johnson I do not have when they were born or where the died.
