I have very little information on him. I do know that he married Lucy Bailey (1894-1916) and they had one daughter, Ethel Louise Stevens who was born in 1914. The story goes that Lucy died of TB in 1916 and shortly thereafter Charles committed suicide by jumping in front of a train.
