I'm not looking at my family tree right now, but I believe my GG Grandfather Henry Walker Stevens lived for quite a while there and is burried in Jack County. My family tree goes like this Thomas Stevens/Stephens to Henry Walker Stevens to Robert Alexander Stevens to Frank Allen Stevens to my mother and then of course me. FYI Thomas Stevens/Stephens was one of the original 300 Anglo settlers in Texas with Steven F. Austin. Also called the old 300 hundred. E-mail me if you'd like. Have you done a DNA test?
