I also have information that a Priscilla Stephens,a widow, was a successfulparticipant in the Jones County lottery in 1821. A Priscilla also is listed in the Upson County census,1850, in the household of Inman and Susannah Stephens..Priscilla is shown as age 75. Inman is 51,and Susannah is 49 One other bit of information: from abstracts of marriages in Jones County : Rosannah Stephens married Edward Meadows 07-14-1819,page 130. and Allie Stephens married John Barker 03-19-1820. Question: are Inman, Rosannah, and Allie brother and sister, and are the three the children of Priscilla ? I have no confirmation on the above,nor do I know if Inman had any brothers.The only thing I am certain of is that Inman and Susannah are my GG-grandparents, and that Seaborn Riley Stephens,one of their six sons,is my G-grandfather If any of you have info on the vital statistics of Nathaniel Stephens, he just might be a link--I hope !!!!
