Hi, I think I may have finally found my elusive E.A. (Enoch) Stephens b. 1867/68. Does anyone know anything about this Stevens I found on the 1870 Union Co., Ark. census in the twp. of Lapile . HH # 25 Duncan STEVENS 23 M W AR Melina(?) 20 F W AR Enoch 2 M W AR There are two HARPER surname listed in next two house holds ( Thomas Harper & William Harper ) with a Catharine DOBBS in Thomas Harper house hold. and last is Hardy P.
