Frank, I too am searching for more information on this family, since Frank's brother James Harrison was my great grandfather!! I have found them in the 1880 U. S. Census--Kentucky--Laurel County--District 58--#258, he is listed as Franklin. All information that I have been able to find shows the mother's name as Elizabeth. I have never found Keelan. I have only found her in 2 census.the 1880 and then in 1920 U. S. Census--Kentucky--Rockcastle County--All Townships--District 248--#277, living with her son James Harrison Stevens. I have Richard listed in 3.1880, 1900 U. S. Census--Kentucky--Rockcastle County--District 71--#213, living with his son Thomas Stephens & 1910 U. S. Census--Kentucky--Rockcastle County--All Townships--District 103--#10, living with his son Thomas Stephens. I can't figure out where Elizabeth is at during this time period..my sister has went through every page of Pulaski, Laurel and Rockcastle counties census records and can't locate her!!
