Hi, Yesterday, I put a query in for the descendants of Sales/Sails/Saylls STEPHENS 1 Jan 1879 - 17 Oct 1931. Appears on the 1910-1920-1930 Little River Co., Arkansas census. Trying to verify who his parents are. He does not appear on the 1880 Little River Co., Ark. Census. First name possibly may be William. A Charlie Stephens/Stevens 18 Aug 1892 17 Jan 1919,Also looking for his descendants and parents and/or siblings. Both may be connected with the Garner, Jean(s), Stephens,Quinn/Irvins, families of Union and Little River Counties. I sent for the death certificate of Sales Stephens with the death date given on the headstone info but the Arkansas Dept. of Health was unable to find any such record. Phyllis plsk3649@swtexas.net
