Hi William, Talk about a proverbial needle in a haystack, I thought my request was iffy, but this one is worse. Depending on when " Oglethorpe" was current, I assume that the two brothers may be on census returns. If you can find them on that or the death index, hopefully it will state where they were born. Sometimes it just gives country, but you may be lucky and have one of our "counties" registered too. Stephens is one of the most prolific names here in Cornwall, and in UK. Without a place to start it would be near impossible. There are indexes available but you would need some rough dates to know where to start. I am trying to locate my Stephens lines in USA, but at least it is in the last 100 years. As I have only just joined this list, I am unsure how much traffic goes through, but hopefully one day I will be lucky. I wish you good luck.
