    3. Hey guys, I'm still here and without relatives........hehe! just kiddin, gotta draw some humor from somewhere here. Harold, earlier you asked me about a Georgia connection? Well, I've been going through stacks and sorting paper files and throwing away and found my Georgia 'positive" connection but whether Stephens is included is still a mystery. This involves Wilkes as well as Troup county, Georgia. This is maybe way out there but here goes: I am descended from Richard Formby b. 1200 in beginning To move forward quite a bite The Formby (originally De Formby) family starting with Aaron Formby and Susannah Thompson began the Formby history in Georgia in the very early 1800's. By 1850 They were in Clark County Arkansas. Whether they went or came through AL>MS>LA>TX is not known but we have no proof they did or none that says they didn't for that matter. Anyway, In 1867 , the granddaughter , Medora Pinckney Formby married John T. Anderson in Clark Co., AR. John T. Anderson was also born in Georgia in Macon , Bibb County. There was a Stephens family that also was in Clark Co., AR. in 1850 with Formby and Anderson but I have as of yet been able to connect them to my Stephens. But anyway, if any of this makes sense , it's a thought. Phyllis
