Lou, I have a William Denton that married Elizabeth Stephens, 1848 in Huntington Co., IN. She was the daughter of Thomas Stephens and Rachel Gattrell. My Stephens were from the Cumberland/Bedford/Fulton/Franklin Co., PA area, moved to KY near Scott Co., and then to Greene, Butler, Preble, Montgomery Co., OH area and then into Fayette Co., IN. However they are reported to have originated in Wales. Dave
