To any new list members: Help! I am researching Acel LEACH (1849 -1918) of the Noble & Monroe county areas of southeastern, Ohio. His parents may have been William LEACH and Susan MAHONY. Acel married Harriet LEEK (1850 -1900) and had eight children, including Samuel, Fred, Cole, Walter, Charlie, Alice, Stella, and William. Samuel LEACH (1870-1964) married Angelica CARPENTER (1871-1935) and they had the following children: Acel, Pete, Arch, John, Bill, Lloyd, Kate, Jenny, Harriet, Gail, Barney and Ellis. Acel LEACH (1892-1976) married Rebecca CARPENTER (1896-1977). This LEACH family also married into the STEPHEN and HANNAHS families of the same area.
