Bill, The 1910 census entry for Ana L. Stephen has to be your Dora Stephens and three daughters and Dora's brother, Joel Chandler, who would have been 17 at the time of the census. I went to the index and looked for any Chandler in 1910 Fulton Co, and Joll R. Chandler appeared in the index as age 17 for the very same census page 43 that Ana L. Stephen (aka Dora) was listed. This is confirmation that my hunch was correct and that the 2nd Ward Atlanta, Fulton Co, GA census entry for Ana L. Stephen is definately your Dora and her daughters.
