Hello Vearl That is very interesting. I bet we may have a connection. My Sarah Roberts Royse (according to her death certificate) was b.4/20/1848 & d.7/31/1934. She married Johnson R or John R Stephens. Sarah's parents were Sarah Bailey and Hiram Royse b.abt 1829. Now I cannot remember where I got the date of Hiram Royse's birthdate. I have not been able to find a death date for John Stephens. I think I will try the death index again. Hope you have a safe trip. We'll talk when u return.
