I would like to find the parents of Garrett/Jarrot STEPHENS. I have been searching for clues to his family in NC without any success. He is first found in the Census of 1850/1860 in Benton Co. AR with his first and second wives. If anyone could tie him to parents and siblings, I would be most grateful. Pat Dawson
