Hello List; I am searching for information about my G Grandmother Philippine Amalie Pauline Stephan, b 12 Apr 1842 in ?Alsace-Lorraine?,d-31 Jan 1901 in Cass County North Dakota USA. I just found a Confirmation certificate dtd 13 Apr 1856 saying she was 14 years 1 day when confirmed in Brusenfelde, Fiddichow and lived in Cranzfelde, Griefenhagen - both south of Stettin Pomern. I have no information as to her parents or siblings names. She married a Martin Fredrich Johannes Schulz of Hohenselchow, Kreis Randow and immigrated to America to Altura, Winona County Minnesota in abt 1870 and then to Durbin, Cass County North Dakota in 1877.
