I don't think I can help you. This is what I have. I have a Johan Peter Stephan who was son of Ulrich from Switzerland. Johan Peter had a son John George born in 1782 and his wife was Maria Catherine. Johann George had 8 children, one of them was Jacob born 1801. He had 4 wives and 15 children, one of whom was a George born in 1832. However, that George used Steffe as a last name. My line stems from George's brother Daniel so I have nothing on George's family. It is certainly possible that this George could have had a son named George. Sounds like my line came to America long before yours. Let me know if I can help with any other ideas.
