Steve Stephan: I do know of a couple of Stephans in the Brooklyn area. Louise Walsh Stephan died at 277 S. Fifth Street Brooklyn in 1890 Her Husband Jacob Charles Stephan died in Kingston, NY in 1891. They had a daughter Georgianna Stephan Hornbeck who died in Brooklyn October 1, 1940. She is buried in Kingston. I am not sure if they had other children. Are you in any way related to the Stephans of Ulster Co. NY, they have an unusual way of pronouncing there name? I would like some help with Margaret Ann Hayes Rhodes Mueller Baker. She was born in Wall Lake, IA, 08 Feb 1880 and died in Spirit Lake, IA, 01 Feb 1965. I cannot find anything on her first husband, William Henry Rhodes, Sr. I am also trying to locate information on her parents, Jule and Orpha Bixler, and siblings.
