I have a William and an Oscar Steele,I believe William was a family name which was carried through the children. He was the son of Taylor and Mary Steele,Va. He had one sister,Lila May,one half brother,Thomas,plus Charles,William,Oscar,Robert,David and Grover. Charles was born in 1880,the other births would have been near that time period within about ten years. If this is who you may be looking for,I do have other information.
