Steele and gg-grandmother Mary A. (Carter) Steele. Their children were Pinkney, Noble, Roscoe, Hattie and Rivers (my g-grandfather). Noble's children are/were Ardis, Chester, Ruth Ellen, Gladys and his grandchild, Jewel (of Chester Steele). Andrew and Mary were both born in TN in the mid 1800's but moved to Colorado sometime between 1885 and 1890. Last known residence of the Steele family was Walsenburg (Huerfano Co.), Colorado in the 1920's. Thanks!
