My mother's family are Steele's, beginning with George and Elizabeth Ratcliff Steele in Charles County, Maryland. The Steele family migrated to Southwestern Virginia (Tazewell County) where many still live. Some moved from VA to Eastern KY (Malone and Caney in Morgan County and Ashland. My grandfather, Stanley Steele and one of his brothers, Sterling Price Steele, moved to southern OH, around the Cincinnati area. I am looking for any information on any of the Steele family in these areas. Also, do you know where I could get a copy of the book? Thanks for your help.
