Joseph Steel was born then.In 07 May 1760 he married Catherine Bacon,daughter of Thomas & Elizabeth Bacon. She was born in Mar. 1737 in Armscott, Tredington,Worcestershire,ENG.They had 2 sons-John Steel & Thomas Steel.John was born 17 Apr 1767 in Armscott & died in 1853 in Cropredy,Oxfordshire Co.,ENG.Thomas died in Oxfordshire,but never married.John married Eliz Dumbleton in 1794 in Cropredy,Oxfordshire,ENG.So far I've found they only had one child:William Steele born 1801 in Cropredy.& died Dec. 1882 in Brentford,Middlesex Co.,ENG.William met & married Susannah Mary Ann Ell 27 Nov 1841 in Peckham Rye,Parish of Camberwell,Surrey Co., ENG.She was the daughter of John Ell & Ruth Dumbleton.b:28 May 1808 in Eydon,Northamptonshire,Eng. & died in Jun 1892 in Essex,Middlesex,ENG.They had 4 children.William Steele was the oldest born 10 Feb 1844 was the only child to move to the US.He! died 23 Apr 1922 in Lisbon,OH.His wife Sarah Ann Dumbleton & he married on 13 Jul 1874 in Lisbon,Columbiana,OH.She died 12 Dec 1929 in Lisbon.
