My grandparents were married in DeKalb Co,In, but they lived in Adams Co,IN. They were Jesse Hugh Steele and Niffie Blanche Cowan. I do not know the reason they were married in DeKalb Co. There are other Steeles who lived in St Joseph Co, and Porter Co,IN. Maybe they were also married in DeKalb Co,IN.
