At a recent Jul 6th, meeting in Kentville, NS, to review Steele family history, one of the participants, Blair Steele, introduced a George Steel pendulum clock... the time aspect, itself, being an interesting angle in the discussion of genealogy. The paper label on the inside of the clock read: Improved Clocks manufactured for George Steel Horton, Nova Scotia - waranteed if well-used Further documentation was introduced: Patent Clocks Invented by Eli Terry Made for George Steel, Horton, Nova Scotia Would anyone know of the ancestry or descendants of this George Steel, when his business operated or what became of George Steel.
