Is anyone familar with the Capt. Samuel Steele of Tinkling Springs, and Capt. Samuel Steele Jr. found in Augusta Co., Virginia Personal property Tax List between the years of 1800 to 1813. I'm searching for my ancestor, William Steele b. 1774 in Augusta Co., Va.. He appears to be with these two Samuel's in Virginia and moves with one of them to Greenbrier Co., Va. in 1814. I'm thinking they are his father and brother. Thanks, Claudia
