found this one in Jo White Linn's Abstracts of the Minutes of the Court Vol.I:8; Sept 1753 James Carter, Esq. came into open court and prayed letters of Admns on estate of Robert Steel deceased he being the greatest creditor & also proved his Act. against said Steel. Granted. Jms Carter took Admrs Oath. As I said, these Steel/es are neighbors of other lines I'm following. Don't know if my John connects. Kathryn
