He was a supreme court or superior court judge in CA. don't know his first name, last name was Steele. He may have been a judge around the early 1900's. He had a daughter named Frances and she married Francis Bauer. Judge Steele may have been born in Montana or lived there at one time before he came to California. Carole Jones
