I don't know much about him except that he was a Judge in Ca.Maybe around the early 1900's or so. He may have been a supreme court judge or a superior court judge. His picture was in the state capitol building in CA. at one time. I don't know his first name, last name was Steele. He may have been in Montana, either lived there at one time or was born there. His daughters name was Frances and she married Francis Bauer. I have been running into roadblocks trying to find a record of him. Does anyone know how I can find a Judge in Ca?
