Arnold Heath Steele COOKEVILLE -- Memorial services for Arnold Heath Steele, 80, of Cookeville, will be held at 7 p.m. today, Fri., March 16, from the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper & Huddleston Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. today, Fri., March 16, at the funeral home. Mr. Steel died on Thurs., March 15, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born on Jan. 29, 1921, in Knox County, Ky. to the late William Harrison and Myrtle Odie Wells Steele. Mr. Steele was a self-employed plumber. He was a member of the Free Will Baptist Faith. His family includes his wife, Joann Carr Steele; two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and Mark Farris, and Darlene and Michael Davis, all of Baxter; a sister, Lila Noe of Detroit, Mich.; five grandchildren, Jacob and Matthew Smith, Brooklyn Davis, Patrick and wife Amanda Farris, and Mark and wife Carol Farris; and three great-grandchildren, Alex, Andrew and Ciera Farris. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Erma Cypers; a brother, Warren Wyatt; and a granddaughter, Blakely Farris. Rev. Russell Miller will officiate at the services.
