I am interested in finding the parents of William Steele born 1731, purchases land in New London, Chester Co, PA in 1756. Could he be this son of Adam? Where can I find more, ie "tied into the Elliot records" Thanks a lot. This William, son of Adam, would have been older than the one you seek, perhaps a son...? I will look for the web address where I found the William and Elliot chart.
