I am sorry the only thing I know about Floberts parents is speculation. My dad thinks his grandfathers name was Wylie and his grandmothers name was Belle, but he doesn't know whether that was her first name or last. His father died when he was 7 so he doesn't remember that much. Flobert worked in the oil fields so there is not many records there.
