I am a direct lineal descendent of Samuel Steele of Augusta Co. VA. He was born in 1709. He married a Martha (or Margaret) Fulton who is rumored to be the Aunt of "Steamboat". These are the "Steeles of Steele's Tavern". For many years I have been trying to establish his pedigree. .
