I have seen Valentine Steele on line on several occasions. Perhaps check the STEELE-L@rootsweb.com. I am sure that his name has turned up with the Virginia families. This was two or three years ago that I saw it though. I will try to access some of my old files to see if I still have some the information and will get back to you.
