I had been told years ago that they did marry. I am now very confused. This person told me their daughter Frances married someone in North Georgia when they lived there in the 1840-50's. I do not know what to believe now!!!Abraham Srteele and Frances lived near Littlenerry and his wife Frances in Alabama and they named their children some of the Joshua Taylor names. Donna, I have two(2) William STEELE's in my family tree. One was born in Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENG. & lived all his life in England (1801-1882). My other William STEELE was born in 1844, Ohio & died in 1922 in Ohio. I don't know their middle names.Sorry, I can't help more.
