I got my copy of VanWagenen's book on the Isaac Stearns family through Higginson Books. They almost always have an ad in THE GENEALOGICAL HELPER and the last time I check they had a better price through that ad than on their web page. Stearns. 173p. 1901. $23.50 As to Bond's Watertown, MA book I got my copy from a small reprinter in Utah. I think there are several sources, but not all the "reprinters" offer the newer edition. The NEHGS may be the main source of this book, but you'd have to check with them.
