Statler, born 1845, in Cape Girardeaux, Mo....his father was F. Wiley Statler(brn.1811) bolinger Co., Mo. My GGGrandfather was E. Christopher Statler(brn 1777) Loncoln Co., No. Carolina. I will try to do this better for you... This reunion was started about 25 yrs. ago with just my siblings (11) at our homes. When we got down to just 4 of us, we decided to try having it at Egypt, a central area for the Ar Statlers. Every year we ave had more of our 'kin' show up..It is great! We would welcome any and everyone to join us in this..We also invite the friends in and around Egypt because our group of Statlers has been getting smaller since 2003. We have lost 4 since 2003. I was at one time keeping up with the Statler website but just somehow set it on the back-burner altho I have worked on my family history.
