Hello again Barbara and List! A quick PS on Georg Stettler.............His gravemarker on Union Road near Miamisburg Ohio gives his name as George V. Stettler..............but that is the only time I've found records of him with a "V" Since Germanic people commonly went by their middle names in everyday life...........I've wondered what the V could stand for, and if his real first name was really "Valentin" or something like that.
