Hello Everyone! The Treasurer's Office at the State of Missouri has a searchable unclaimed property database as they are trying to locate people for which the state is holding these said assets. If a business or bank cannot locate a person after five years, then the assets are turned over to the state for them to try and find the owners. To search, just go to this page: https://www.treasurer.mo.gov/search.asp Type in STATLER for the name and you'll see quite a list of people the state is looking for to return their assets. It will also tell you if the amount of the asset is under or over $50. Obviously, other surnames will work as well... If you find yourself in the list, just click on the checkbox next to the name and at the bottom of the list of names is a button to view the details of the entry.
