Hello fellow Statler Stetler Stadtler etc list! I want to thank all of you for keeping up this list, as "Stettler" is a rare name in West Ohio near Fort Wayne. Stettler 1739- 1815 Lived near Rehrersburg PA Bethel Twp Berks Co. (Lancaster Co before 1752) near reading. Moved to Miamisburg OH ca. 1803........then up to various places in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan. There are Stettlers in the Bern, Eggiwill, and Stetlin towns in the old country but I have been stuck on old Georg for 25 years. Does anyone know who George's parents were?
