Sandra and antiscipated participants....just my two cents here, but being involved in our Smothers DNA project...I would like to encourage you to do the 25 marker instead of the 12 marker....this puts your Common Ancestor down to 7 generations, much easier to see better results at 7 generations instead of 14! We cant get past our 4x grandfather so it makes it difficult to try to come up with 14 generations. For example....the lst DNA we had done on 2 TX Smothers....[my brother's still not in] BUT...now the Smothers 1 has 6 matches and NONE of them are Smothers! but they do match on all 12 markers.....I am going nuts trying to figure out how they matched!
