Just got a tip in the latest Rootsweb email publication "Rootsweb Review" that the state of Arizona recently released its birth (1887-1928) and death (1878-1953) certificates online as PDF files. You can check it out here: http://genealogy.az.gov/ Doing some quick searches myself, there were quite a few Statler's, a Stotler, and a Stateler, but no Stetler or Stettler's were found.
