    1. [STATE-COORD] State Coordinators

    3. I'm probably going to be drawn and quartered and shot at sunrise when I post this, but I'm going to do it anyway. We as State Coordinators should be the cheerleaders for our states. We are the generals leading the battle. We rally the troops, pick up sick and injured helping get them back to their health to take their place again, recruit new people to take the place of those "killed in action," check on them to see if they are getting the job done or need some help, and even firing some who are not getting the job done, etc. If we, as a State Coordinator, reach a point where we are no longer able to cheer FOR the Project, it is time to step aside and let someone else take over who WILL cheer for the Project. I fell in love with the USGenWeb Project way back in 1996 and nothing has made me change that opinion. We are NOT dying. We are living and breathing and helping genealogists every day. That has been my mantra through all the political crap, the negativity, the flames, etc. WE ARE HERE TO HELP GENEALOGISTS WITH THEIR RESEARCH. Push all the other stuff aside and focus on that and we will all get along. By the way, we are already down to 5 counties that are adoptable in Arkansas!! Better grab yours fast before they are gone! LOL My 2 cents worth! Betsy
