    3. Maybe some of the State or County Projects are dead, but I don't think that is the case for all of us. Some of my Counties are very active, not always on the Mailing Lists, although some are, but just by the the amount of activity on some of the sites themselves shows me there are a lot of visitors. And I don't know about everyone else, but I stay pretty busy getting personal inquiries from those that visit the sites that I administer or help out on.
