    3. I totally agree, Betsy. While we do have more North Carolina Counties up for adoption than we would like, all of them are covered by our Regional Coordinators and none of those are neglected, and all members of our Board willing help out one another when it is needed. Everyone steps up to the plate to contribute records where necessary, and I don't see any lack in enthusiasm for the Project from anyone.
