    3. Joy, That was NGS, not FGS. FGS is always in August - September. That was unusual late winter that year two years ago. The snow was totally unexpected, not even in forecasts. March, that would be usually cold but not snowy. As for Rootstech it is not NGS or FGS at all. USGenWeb would not fit in the profile at all. It is all about the marriage of technology and genealogy, nothing else. Long range forecast indiciate there may be really snowy Utah this winter. Spiders moving indoors two weeks ago, extra bushy tailed animals, Christmas tree stringing done on big trees. (usually done in September).
