    3. Has anyone had to try a work-around for Homesite on Windows 7? It's not supported by the company anymore. Linda

    3. If you have win7 pro, you can set up an XP partition. Homesite does run in the XP Partition. Another try (this has worked for other programs - I have not tried it for Homesite): 1. Open your CD in WinExplorer. Right click onĀ  install file and Click on "Troubleshoot Compatibility" If it installed OK, but won't run, right click on the installed program. 2. click on "Troubleshoot program" 3. click "program worked in earlier versions of Win" 4. choose what flavor of WinX it last ran under and try installing or runningĀ  it. I have been using HTMLKit instead of HomeSite (in case you can't get HomeSite to work). ________________________________ From: Linda <cityslic@ix.netcom.com> To: state-coord <state-coord@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, May 11, 2012 3:05 PM Subject: [STATE-COORD] HTML Editors - Homesite Has anyone had to try a work-around for Homesite on Windows 7?
