Angie, Iowans, and others: Article IX seems to permit USGenWeb sites to solicit funds so long as it is not on the main webpage. It might be good for the BRC to make clearer how far sites can go with soliciting money for USGenWeb purpose. I would also greatly appreciate it if someone from Iowa could explain what they are doing in regards to soliciting funds, how they interpret the bylaws, and how CCs fit into the picture. It would be good, IMO, if we did not address this question to the NC since that introduces a political issue... and I do not want that on this list.
