    3. Gail, the concerns are several. The issues that keep coming up are conflict of interest, best interests of the USGWP, appearance of impropriety and potential absconding of funds. Nothing more, nothing less. I questioned the point of a vote myself. However, I believe it is indicative of the fact that IAGenWeb has done something wrong, even if it is only the perception of improperiety. Open your eyes. Read what people are saying.
