Dear Mr NC, Like many things, one of the URLs you listed gives an ERROR message, though your suggestion to read them does not answer the question. If the same people happen to "serve" on two organizations there is always the question as to who wags whom. "Friends of ..." can claim it sole purposes loud and wide, however, that does not eliminate questioning who or what controls.
