Hi all... I have put together a page for Ky Researchers showing when vital registrations began for all states. I have included a column for comments... for instance, Ky tried registration several times in the 1800s and those records have been microfilmed and in some cases are online or have been published by a Gen. Soc. etc. I've included this info and provided links to pages where they can obtain the address or URL for the various sources provided. I would very much like to include the same information for the other states in order to make this a valuable website for everyone.
