We have that question on our review form when the reviewer views the pages and it is mandatory that the state and national logo's be presented on our state county pages at the top of the pages. They have to been seen when the page is opened up. If they fail to comply, their site fails the review. They are sent a notice of the review, why they failed and given a certain amount of time to comply, we usually give two weeks. If they refuse to budge, the alternative is to remove them from the web page. It doesn't look good when several counties don't comply and get away with it and then other counties comply when they may not want to so they think they can eliminate the logo's or put them at the bottom of their pages. If you have a record of how many times that county has failed, present that and tell the coordinator that unless they comply in the designated time, they will be removed as CC for that county and the county will be put up for adoption. If they still think they are holding the high cards and refuse to budge.. bye-bye-- and find someone who will comply with all the requirements of the USGenWeb. Actually, this is something that has to be handled with in the state and I don't believe the AB would step in on this case. As SC of the state, you control your state and you have to enforce the by-laws.
